Live it. Celebrate it. Belong.

Jewish Badgers is a small but vibrant Jewish presence on campus. We are a family and student-powered community.

Our community is inclusive and diverse, reflecting the broad spectrum of Jewish observance and religious affiliations (or non-affiliation).

We’re here to offer more than just programs, we’re here to offer community, connection, and belonging. Whether you’re looking for a meaningful Jewish experience or just a warm place to hang out, our doors and hearts are always open.

Whether it’s weekly Shabbat Dinners, coffee and check-ins between classes, or bi-weekly bagel brunches, there’s always something bringing students together.

Student Growth with Jewish Niagara

Student Growth

Learning & Spiritual Growth

Explore Judaism in a meaningful and approachable way through one-on-one learning, JewishU sessions, and pop-up classes and talks. Whether you’re looking to ask questions, deepen your understanding, or simply engage in thoughtful conversation, there are opportunities for every student to learn and grow at their own pace.

Holocaust Education & Israel Connection

Through Holocaust Education Week events and remembrance programs, we honour the past while helping students learn about the importance of remembrance, education, and standing against antisemitism. We also create space for open and respectful conversations about Israel where students can explore, ask questions, and engage meaningfully with Jewish life.

Jewish Identity

From challah bakes and bagel brunches to hikes, bonfires, game nights, paint nights, and trips to Sabres games, Jewish Niagara brings students together through fun and meaningful experiences all year long. Programs like Jews and Brews, Tuesdeli, and Pegisha help students build friendships, celebrate Jewish life, and strengthen their connection to the wider Jewish community.
