All vendors operate under COR (Kashrus Council of Canada) certification. All meat is from Shefa in Toronto; All chicken is from Marvid in Montreal.

Food Fest Sukkah
Jewish Niagara provides Food Fest participants exclusive access to North America’s largest sukkah, an impressive 8,000-square-foot sukkah located in the parking lot.

Patio Sukkah
The patio sukkah has limited space and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is a public sukkah, and you are welcome to bring your own food.
Please be mindful of others and help keep the space clean and welcoming. When you are finished, please leave the sukkah as you would have wanted to find it for yourself. -
Overnight Sukkah
Guests can sleep in our Sukkah, which features a secure fenced area and overnight security.
The sleeping area is open for men from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
Cots are available for purchase but remember to bring your own bedding, pillows, and linen.Book a spot to sleep in the Sukkah!

Kashrus of the Sukkah
דפנות הסוכה
ישנן ד' דפנות שלמות, חזקות ועומדות ברוח מצויה, באופן המתאים לכתחילה לכל השיטות (ע"פ שו"ע סי' תר"ל סעי' י' ומשנה ברורה סקמ"ח).
היריעות המקיפות את הסוכה אינן משמשות כדפנות הסוכה, אלא עשויות לנוי ולהגנה מן הרוח. לצורך דין הדפנות קיימות מחיצות חזקות בצמוד להן:
לב' הדפנות הארוכות של הסוכה ישנה, מאחורי היריעות ובצמוד להן, מחיצת ברזל.
לב' הדפנות הקצרות יותר יש דף עץ העולה למעלה מי' טפחים לכל השיטות, ואומרים בו גוד אסיק.
הסכך
יש סכך כשר מדופן לדופן ממש, בהכשר בד"ץ ירושלים.
מעמיד הסכך: קורות עץ (2×4), כאשר קצותיהן נשענים על גבי מסגרת של ברזל המעמידה אותן — כפסק המג"א סי' תרכ"ט סק"ט ושו"ע אדה"ז שם סי"ב.
החזקת הסכך לסוכה: הסכך מוחזק אך ורק על ידי קורות עץ (2×4) המונחות על גביו. קורות אלו קשורות בצידיהן לסוכה באמצעות חבלים באופן שהסכך נשאר במקומו אף ברוח שאינה מצויה — וכשר גם בשעת מעשה, עי' שו"ת בצל החכמה ח"ה סי' מ"ד.
