Check-In
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Due to high demand, early check-in is not available. If you plan to arrive before 4:00 PM, please book your room from the previous night to guarantee access.

If you need more than one room, please add all required rooms above before proceeding to the payment page. Once you continue to checkout, you will not be able to add additional rooms to the same reservation.
If your rooms have different lengths of stay, please book them using continuous dates. -

CANCELLATION POLICY:
30 Days – 95% refund for cancellations submitted prior to August 28.
15 Days – 75% refund for cancellations submitted prior to September 13.
Cancellations submitted or reservations made ON OR AFTER September 14 are not subject to any

Room Types: Each floor has 11 rooms with two queen beds.

- 4 Canadian Fallsview Rooms
- 5 Premium Fallsview Rooms
- 8 King bedrooms are also available.
Connecting Rooms: Each room type has only one set of connecting rooms per floor. Please request in the notes section when booking.
Same Floor Booking: To book 12+ rooms on the same floor, you’ll need to reserve 5 Premium Fallsview, 4 Canadian Fallsview, and 2 Cityview rooms, plus one King Bed room. Please specify your preferred room type for the King Bed room in the comments.
Cot/Crib Policy: For safety, only one cot/crib is permitted per room.
